R&R provided construction staking services, including the layout of a two-story building with more than 40 classrooms, two preschool classrooms, and a paved parking lot with more than 170 spaces. Construction survey and staking services included demarcating grade, building gridline, water/fire/sewer/stormwater utilities, curb and gutter, subgrade, and ABC grade, sidewalks, and recording as-built conditions. This project was completed using the Design-Build delivery method.
