R&R provided surveying and civil engineering services for this 60-acre industrial camps in Brighton, CO. Services included site grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements. Unique challenges included limited slope constraints for RV lot and showroom area. R&R was hired to replace the original engineer, in part to fix the site grading. We worked on re-balancing the site to eliminate unnecessary export and assumed less than 2% slope for the RV test drive areas.
